~ Luxury/Designer Runtz (Strain Review)~

post: D=5-31-2023_T=3:39PM_PST

smoked: T=4:15-4:22PM_PST

brief:

I got this a few days ago w/ my babygirl from a shop which grows their own crop. I'm typing this up before I start taking a hit of an isolated sample of this strain. I'll add more details about the cross-breed it is as I'm writing this, after analyzing and making comments on the smoke I'm taking in to go ahead and type up this review right at this moment (This is also an effort to prevent any background information coloring how I feel about the smoke/strain.

smoke:

Very sour and pungent breathing in. Persistent burning ember, keeping the bowl cherried for more nice hits. Only holding my breath in for a little over a second, I was already struggling not to cough so as to keep my hit in. Cough isn't too extreme, but the hit feels massive -as if- an extreme coughing fit'll go down. Doesn't particularly taste specifically fruity so much as it does piney, even feels gaseous to breathe in as it's burning (It's that gas!) The head change is very forward-temple centered, like a glow between the forehead (where some might say, the third eye sits at the pineal gland! lul), really solid head high w/ noticeable drowsy effect over top half of body.

bg:

After some research online regarding the cross-breed which makes up this strain, I've been able to find that it's an Indica Dominant Hybrid. The strain is crossed between Luxuriotti x Runtz, Luxuriotti itself being a cross between Biscotti x Strawberries 'n' Cream which definitely owes to the pungency of the smoke. Runtz is an iconic classic west-coast strain, which is also itself a crossbreed of Gelato x Zkittles. This focused combination of fruity strains serves to fuse into a sweet, sour, and overall sharp hit that feels massive but smooth breathing in then breathing back out. The THC range is read to be somewhere between 20 - 30%, which shows in it's immediate effect after two snapper hits of this strain to write up this review. It's appearance is a dark almost black green w/ blue and purple undertones throughout, as if cured to a unique bold fermenting color and aroma which is typical of indica strains. It's manicured carefully, no leafs or much stems, and is mostly composed of nugs attached at stalk. (There'll be a picture included in this review, as shown in the figure below.)

close:

I'd say overall, the title is self-explanatory to the kind of smoke you'll get from finding this strain. As well, the strain owes very much to it's namesake, you'll feel like you're smoking curated luxury cannabis hand-picked by skilled professionals and connosseurs (even if you j bought it from some ordinary dispensary lmao). I have no negative comments about the smoke I got from this strain, nor the effect. It's long-lasting, too, so I'll be chillin' for a good bit after this review.

Thanks for taking the time to read, hopefully, I was able to better help you find a strain you'd like whosoever reads and considers this strain review.

Cheers ~B^)
